Civil Service Retirement System underfunding

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Records, memos, reports, etc. on the topic of Civil Service Retirement System underfunding.

This subject was mentioned in the following media article:

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. Personnel Management (OPM), April 9, 2013, from Mr. Michael Morisy,
MuckRock News, Boston, Massachusetts.

The request is for records on Civil Service Retirement System
underfunding. While OPM does administer the annuity roll and
retirement laws and regulations as they pertain to eligibility and
calculation of retirement benefits, OPM doesn’t administer the fund.
