CIO-IMS-STAFF Mailing List Records Classification Markings

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

On September 14, 2017, you informed me that you had identified records responsive to Req. F-2014-01765 which were currently and properly classified. This is a new request for only the following information contained in those previously identified records:

1) All classification markings, including portion markings; and
2) All portions marked as unclassified.

If these records do not contain portion markings, please inform me of that fact.

This is not a duplicate of Req. F-2014-01765, as that request sought the entirety of these records. However, to avoid any unnecessary duplication of effort, I will not be filing an administrative appeal of that request. You may not treat this as an administrative appeal or modification of that request. It is a new request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
