PLEASE CROSS REFERENCE AND MAKE AVAILABLE ANY AND ALL RECORDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE VERMONT STATE HOSPITAL, VERMONT STATE MENTAL HEALTH HOSPITAL OR ANY OTHER FILES ASSOCIATED WITH THE STATE OF VERMONT MENTAL HEALTH AGENCY, ITS OFFICES, DOCTORS AS RECORDED IN ANY DOCUMENTATION FOUND IN YOUR AGENCIES DATABASE!
THE VERMONT MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY OR "VERMONT STATE HOSPITAL" WAS LOCATED IN WATERBURY VERMONT.
THIS REQUEST IS NOT SPECIFIC IN ANY SUBJECT, ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTATION OR ASSOCIATED ITEMS FOUND IN CROSS REFERENCE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME ON THIS MATTER!
