To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Please provide written procedures, guidelines, and laws that control how the CIA is required to properly interact with courts to preserve confidential information without interfering with the rights and civil liberties of parties to the case. Please provide information for all types of cases, criminal, civil, etc.

Please provide any written procedures, laws, or other information that provide accountability for CIA attorneys, employees, contractors, who do not follow proper procedures in regard to the court system.

Please provide recommended procedures how does a member of the public file a complaint if CIA employees, contractors, or attorneys are having secret conversations with judges that are wrongfully affecting the outcome of family court decisions?

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
