The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a follow up to my request which has been assigned FOIPA number 1379438-000. RE proof of death on Chris McCandless, as Christopher McCandless's death was wide public knowledge, including a best selling book by John Krakauer, Into the Wild, which was also later made into a movie, I do not feel I need to submit a proof of death. That being said, here is a New Yorker article which deals with his death. http://www.newyorker.com/books/page-turner/how-chris-mccandless-died

McCandless was born February 12th 1986 and died in August of 1992.

Sincerely,
Curtis Waltman
