- All emails to or from U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer between October 1, 2019 and October 31, 2019 containing the words "Trump", "president", "White House", "China", "deal", "Chile", "tariff", "tariffs", " Liu He" and/or "announcement."
- All emails to or from Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross between October 1, 2019 and October 31, 2019 containing the words "Trump", "president", "White House", "China", "deal", "Chile", "tariff", "tariffs", " Liu He" and/or "announcement."

- All emails to or from Assistant U.S. Trade Representative Terrence McCartin between October 1, 2019 and October 31, 2019 containing the words "Trump", "president", "White House", "China", "deal", "Chile", "tariff", "tariffs", " Liu He" and/or "announcement."
- All emails to or from Gregg Doud, chief agricultural negotiator (USTR), between October 1, 2019 and October 31, 2019 containing the words "Trump", "president", "White House", "China", "deal", "Chile", "tariff", "tariffs", " Liu He" and/or "announcement."
- All emails to or from Michael J. Walsh, Jr., chief of staff to Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, between October 1, 2019 and October 31, 2019 containing the words "Trump", "president", "White House", "China", "deal", "Chile", "tariff", "tariffs", " Liu He" and/or "announcement."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
