This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Mr. Musgrave,

Regarding your status request: FOIA Case 75423 is still in processing, and we expect to have correspondence sent out to you in the near future. Due to the significant increase in the number of requests being received by this Agency, as well as the government shutdown, we are experiencing delays in processing or responding.

I encourage you to submit future status checks via email using the FOIA Requester Service Center (RSC) address: foiarsc@nsa.gov<mailto:foiarsc@nsa.gov>. This will ensure that I receive your inquiry in a more timely manner. Additionally, status checks sent via MuckRock's fax format are often very difficult to read, which could cause delays in responding to your inquiry. I will be better able to decipher the specific email address that MuckRock has provided should you choose to utilize the NSA FOIA RSC.

Thank you for your patience,

Cindy Blacker
NSA/CSS FOIA Officer. POC
