To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all documents responsive to FOIA Case Number 2015-0021-F, which sought “material related to various meetings between Vice President Cheney and Ambassador Prince Bandar bin Sultan of Saudi Arabia.” The FOIA request and the responsive documents were described in a November 6, 2015 notification letter to the current President of the United States and a representative of Vice President Cheney:

http://www.archives.gov/foia/pra-notifications/pdf/cheney/rn-lmrbc-2016-011.pdf

Per the above notification, the requested records are scheduled to be released on February 5, 2016. Assuming that schedule remains the same, please produce the documents to me on that day, or as soon as practically possible thereafter.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

J.K. Trotter

Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for the email. I still don’t see the released photos on the website you linked to. Are they still being released today?

Thanks very much,

Good morning,

The images for this FOIA are available for download via our
website http://www.archives.gov/research/vice-presidential-records/research.html.
The files are saved as three separate Zip files. The smallest file size
took me approximately 5 minutes to download to my computer this morning and
I was able to view the images after my second download attempt. The rate of
download speed I got for the largest zip file was about .5 GB every 10
minutes, so anticipate that it will take a half hour to download. If you
continue to have problems let us know.
Thanks,
Jessica Owens
