Dear Ms. Purifoy,
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. This was one of first FOIA requests I submitted through the Muckrock platform so did not pay close attention to what was included.
As for a date range, my goal is not to set a range too big that the job is unmanageable and takes forever. Also, I don't know what the agency may have, etc.
Let's begin with date range from 1/1/2010 to the present, 7/18/2021 or whatever date I submitted the initial request.
Hopefully this date range is not too wide. If it is too big a time period - it would sweep in thousands of unrelated documents perhaps - let me know and I'll be glad to refine my request. Thank you very much.

Pursuant to 40 C.F.R. § 2.104(d), an extension of the due date of your request is necessary due to unusual circumstances. EPA needs additional time to examine a potentially voluminous amount of separate and distinct records, which are requested in a single FOIA and consult with two or more components of the agency having substantial subject matter interest in the records. We anticipate that your request will be completed by October 29, 2021. EPA will submit monthly interim releases of records to you until the completion of your request.
