This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
-Records relating to any internal investigations surrounding Officer Chad Harmon who works out of the Fort Yates office currently but has also been deployed to the Blackfeet Reservation in Montana and the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.
-Any civilian complaints logged by the BIA concerning Chad Harmon.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is an effort to clarify my request concerning BIA Officer Chad Harmon. By any internal investigations, I mean any BIA investigations that were responding to any allegations of misconduct on Officer Harmon's part. The same goes for civilian complaints, this portion of the request deals with any complaints from civilians regarding any allegations of misconduct or abuse on the part of Officer Harmon. I hope this clears up any confusion. Thank you!
