This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All budgetary and financial records for the Center for Strategic Counterterrorism Communications produced since its inception in September 2010.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

We received your email today in reference to the status of your FOIA request. Please be advised that our office initiated searches of the Office of the Central Foreign Policy Records, Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs (ECA) and the Office of the Center of Strategic Counterterrorism Communications (R/SCC). The search of the Central Foreign Policy records and ECA has resulted in no responsive records.
The search of the Office of R/SCC has been completed and resulted in the retrieval of a document (s) on May 8, 2015 which requires doclisting and a final review.
Currently, we are experiencing a delay in responding to requests due to the large volume of FOIA and Privacy and litigation requests. We regret any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
