Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All internal and external communications to/from Census Bureau officials about the threat of misinformation and disinformation in next year's Census, included but not limited to the following:
- Internal emails, chats, and transcripts/notes of meetings among bureau employees that mention the terms "misinformation," "disinformation," or "fake news"
- All external emails related to misinformation and disinformation exchanged between Census bureau officials and employees of large tech companies: Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube
- All communications between Census Bureau officials and members of Congress, or congressional staff members, about misinformation and disinformation

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

We don't have the capability to do a blanket search, so if you can narrow your scope that will help us perform a search.
