All CBP records of travel, border crossing, screening and imports for the individual listed below with their known identifying information:
Full name: Jovenel Moïse
DOB: June 26, 1968
POB: Trou-du-Nord, Haiti
The named individual is deceased; please find attached an obituary submitted as proof. Privacy interests recognized under the Privacy Act and the privacy exceptions to Freedom of Information Act are diminished post-mortem. The records should therefore be released in the public interest concerning the activities of Haiti's head of state.
