Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all written or electronic communications, including email attachments, between Assistant Secretary Alejandra Castillo and any officials, lobbyists, representatives or other staffers or agents affiliated with the American Clean Power Association and/or the Solar Energy Industries Association. This includes any communications between Castillo and Katharine MacGregor, the former Interior DepSec and now a lobbyist. This request seeks records produced since January 20, 2021.

I am a reporter for The Nation magazine

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
