Greetings ODNI information officials,

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following publication:

"Intelligence Community Authorized Classification and Control Markings Register and Manual", aka the "CAPCO Register and Manual".

If this publication has been superseded, please provide the successor publication that is currently valid. If this publication and all successor publications have been cancelled entirely, please provide the most recent valid version. It appears the most recent FOIA'd version of this document available on the internet is from 2013.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public. This request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I am willing to pay all applicable fees, however please contact me with an estimate before proceeding if fees will exceed $30. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
