Mr. Stanton,

I received your email. Need some clarification on your request. I researched
the name in your request, Contracting Officer Ms. Dawn M. Domeier of
Lackland Air Force Base. Could not find the individual located in Lackland's
Global personnel listing or Contracting Office listing.

To better assist you, need for you to narrow your scope, as well as, who
this request is for. If this request is for Lackland AFB, there are at least
3 different FOIA agency's on Lackland AFB.

If you could answer the below questions, this would greatly assist in
forwarding your request to the right FOIA agency here on Lackland AFB.
Thanks.

. What base is this FOIA request for?

. What organization has this information?

. Is this a contract? If so what is the contract number?

Thanks in advance your understanding.

v/r,
