All documents pertaining to the investigation into the website Callservice.biz and resulting arrests (described here: https://archives.fbi.gov/archives/newyork/press-releases/2011/belarusian-proprietor-of-international-identity-theft-website-pleads-guilty-in-manhattan-federal-court).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
