This is a Freedom of Information Act request.
I request copies of all communication between George Bush (43) or any representative of Bush and NARA where the communication mentions access to presidential records created while he was in office via the Freedom of Information Act or the Presidential Records Act. The responsive records should include, but not be limited to, all discussion of procedures for Bush's review and approval of responsive records.
This is a news media request. I have an agreement with MuckRock News to have a story on this topic published by them. I agree to fees up to $25.
I prefer records provided in electronic format, by email is possible and by CD if not.

We are currently processing NGC14-076 which requested all e-mail containing
the name "Smathers" in the NARA FOIA Office from January 20, 2009 to the
date of your FOIA request. We located numerous e-mails responsive to that
request. It is a lengthy process to convert each single e-mail to Adobe
PDF to be released electronically to you. Once converted, they must be
reviewed.
Once we complete the processing of this request, we will begin processing
this request since it is next in the queue.
