Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Information on Mind Control technologies and Targeted Individuals. Specifically, information on myself, Bryan Tew, SSN# xxx-xx-xxxx.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I sent a FOIA request (#1211535) in 2013 to FBI and I don't he same now, requesting and seeking access to all records, files etc., regarding pertaining concerning or related to himself, Bryan Tew, for any reason, for the dates requested in that FOIA/PA request, including all records, files, correspondence, documents, emails, audio and video surveillance footage, processing records, control files, evidence, proof, documentation, traces, confirmation, verification, testimony, witness notes, memos, registers, notations, information, entries, files, details, data, facts, etc., of any kind and for whatever reason, responsive to this request, for the dates of June 1967 through the present day of June 15 2013 currently in the possession, custody or control of the FBI.  Plaintiff was forced to flee USA for fear of his life and immediate physical safety and unable to prosecute his FOIA Lawsuit against FBI and so brings a new request for information now.

I have included your previous letter of refusal to release records in 2013, but I expect interference.
