To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on July 3, 2019. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
From: Army - United States Department of the Army
Muckrock,
Once again, you are doing exactly what our office informed you earlier this week not to do. You are contacting the wrong mailbox. The Department of the Army FOIA program is decentralized. As a reputable organization, it is a bad practice to follow up on a FOIA matter when we (this office) originally didn’t not received in our inbox your first request. Please contact the originator in which you email your original FOIA request. In addition, the Department of Army FOIA Office mailbox is cc’d here for your courtesy. No further action is required from us since this does not fall under our purview. Thank you.
Very Respectfully,
Freedom of Information Act Office (FOIA)
Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army (OAA)
