Dear Mr. Halin,

This responds to your recent request for a status update for cases 80440 and 80438. As you recall both cases are being processed in an aggregated fashion. Your cases are still in one of our initial processing queues the completion of search for responsive material. Due to the significant increase in FOIA requests, it is often difficult estimate the processing timeline. Estimating an actual completion date for your case is also difficult, as it is entirely dependent on whether or not document are located, how many documents are found, and the complexity of any document located. The average completion date for those cases is 3-4 years. Please be advised that this estimate is subject to change.

Thank you for your patience,
