Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I'm writing to obtain copies of a spreadsheet of all names and contact info of those people who obtained fisherman's parking permits for the Breezy Point Tip section of the Gateway National Recreation Area for the years 2015-2022.
I also request a copy of a spreadsheet documenting the total number of parking permits allotted each year between 2015 and 2022.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

As discussed in our call today, the park does not maintain spreadsheets for the information you have requested.
The type of records you have asked for are maintained in a paper log. Additionally, the amount of information we could release to you would be extremely limited dues to privacy-based exemptions the records would be subject to under the FOIA.

In accordance with our telephone conversation and the resulting decision to withdraw this request, I will closed the case file for your FOIA request, 22-004017.
