Dear Dave Hendricks

I am writing to inquire whether you are still interested in the records you requested here.  Please respond by 09/30/2020.  If we do not hear back from you, we'll assume negative response and your case will be closed.
Thank you for your patience.

To whom it may concern,

Yes, I am still interested in the records I requested in August 2018.

While I appreciate the CBP FOIA Division processing the request, I find it ridiculous that CBP didn't respond to the request for more than 21 months — and then demands a response from the requestor within two weeks.

I am still interested in the request and would appreciate a response as quickly as possible.
