All contracts (and their amendments), agreements, and memorandums of understanding entered into between the U.S. Marshals Service and Immigration and Customs Enforcement for services and activities related to the D. Ray James Correctional Facility (CI D.Ray James) (http://www.geogroup.com/maps/locationdetails/5)
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for your message. I apologize for any confusion that this FOIA request may have caused. The request to which USMS responded on February 9, 2015 asked for: "All contracts (and their amendments) and memorandums of understanding entered into by the United States Marshals Service for services and activities related to the D. Ray James Correctional Facility (http://www.geogroup.com/maps/locationdetails/5)." This request is for any agreements between ICE and USMS regarding their dual use of the D. Ray James Correctional Facility: "All contracts (and their amendments), agreements, and memorandums of understanding entered into between the U.S. Marshals Service and Immigration and Customs Enforcement for services and activities related to the D. Ray James Correctional Facility (CI D.Ray James) (http://www.geogroup.com/maps/locationdetails/5)." However, I now realize that this request was made with an error, as it should refer to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, rather than to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. I've copied a revised request below, which I would like to submit for processing.
