BOP records from FCI Lompoc Incident

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Any statements, pictures, or videos collected by BOP officials to investigate the June 21, 2017 inmate disturbance at Lompoc Federal Correctional Complex. This includes pictures of injuries, witness statements, and videos of officer actions to secure the facility. Specifically, this includes any materials related to officer actions in the K unit/dorm.

Please note that, when some information is exempt from disclosure, the FOIA requires that “[a]ny reasonably segregable portion of a record shall be provided to any person requesting such record after deletion of the portions which are exempt."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
