This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All records on, about, or concerning Hamaas Abdul Khaalis (aka Ernest T. McGhee) including but not limited to a copy of his inmate central file and and medical file. Privacy act does not apply as the death of Hamaas Abdul Khaalis in federal custody has been widely discussed in academic journals and in news articles. Hamas Abdul Khaalis passed away on November 13th, 2003, at the Federal Correctional Complex Prison in Butner, North Carolina.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
