Good Morning, Jessie.

The request number you have listed above (2019-00237) does not involve records for email communications to or from our General Counsel. Further, the FOIA request number referenced below in the body of this email (2019-02188) also does not reference communications to or from the General Counsel containing transgender or gender.

A search of your FOIA requests shows you have one request, #2018-07082 regarding this topic. However, this request is still open and pending processing, and it does not appear documents have yet been sent to you. Please clarify which request you are writing to us about so we may assist you with your request. Also, when corresponding with our office we recommend using a separate email for each of your different FOIA requests to alleviate any confusion between your various FOIA requests and to allow us to give you an accurate response to each request.
