All contracts (and their amendments) and memorandums of understanding entered into by the Federal Bureau of Prisons for services and activities related to the Eden Detention Center (https://www.cca.com/facilities/eden-detention-center). Please include all associated Requests for Proposal, responses, exhibits, and amendments.
This request is being made as part of a journalistic inquiry into public-private corrections partnerships; due to the relevance to current discussion of the criminal justice system and the materials' necessity to the news gathering project at hand, categorization as a news media requester and associated waivers of fees would be appropriate and greatly appreciated.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
