This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Copies of contracts with Booz Allen Hamilton over the past 5 years.
Any final reports generated and delivered by Booz Allen Hamilton to the agency over the past 5 years
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

ARCC
Bragg, NC
Dugway Proving Ground, UT
Yuma
Please limit, where possible, this request search to contracts and resulting reports with Booz Allen Hamilton that focus on:
— Management Consulting
— Workflow Optimization
— Back-office Operations
— Personell Reorganization
And the resulting reports of these focus.

Sir, I wanted to make sure you understood this is the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC). I noted that your email was to U.S. Army Forces Command. I am processing your request for contracts awarded and administered by the MICC.
The Mission Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground (Yuma, AZ) does not have any records responsive to your FOIA request. I have not heard from the other installations at this time.

Sir, I received a response from ARCC at Fort Dix, NJ. They no longer fall under the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), as of 1 January 2013. ARCC now falls under the Army Contracting Command.
MICC installations at Yuma Proving Ground, Dugway Proving Ground and Fort Bragg did not have any records responsive to your request. Therefore, FOIA Request FP-13-016549 has been closed. There are no costs associated with this file.
