This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Copies of contracts with Booz Allen Hamilton over the past 5 years.
Any final reports generated and delivered by Booz Allen Hamilton to the agency over the past 5 years
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Good evening Mr. Morisy. This is the third and final e-mail that will be sent requesting authorization of charges totaling $420.00. E-mails were sent on July 1, and July 11, 2013, requesting authorization of charges as previously stated. Should you fail to contact this office by close of business (COB) July 30, 2013, this office will conclude that you are no longer interested in receiving the information requested and will close your FOIA request.

Dear Mr. Morisy:
This response to your electronic (e-mail) Freedom of Informatio request dated March 13, 2013, is prepared in accordance with the FOIA.
This is to inform you that your request for a copy of the Booz Allen Hamilton contracts for over the past five (5) years has been canceled. Several attemtpt were made to receive authorization of charges from you starting from July 2, 2013, and on July 11, 2013, and on July 16, 2013. All attempts to obtain your approval of the charges totaling $420.00 have failed.
Should you or your client wish to receive a copy of the basic Booz Allen Hamilton contracts, please submit a new request with your authorization of the required charges totaling $420.00 to the following address:

Pursuant to Title 40 CFR Section 2.120(a), a charge of $.15 per page is required for reproduction of the records requested, and a charge of $7.00 per 15 minutes is required for records search and $7.00 per 15 minutes is required for review time.
