This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Copies of contracts with Booz Allen Hamilton over the past 5 years.
Any final reports generated and delivered by Booz Allen Hamilton to the agency over the past 5 years
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi,
Thanks for your response letter. Please feel free to respond in the body of an e-mail to save time and money and decrease environmental impact.
You request that I more specifically narrow the time frame. Please restrict this request to documents generated between Jan. 1, 2008 and the current date, March 26, 2013.
You indicated that the request would require too broad a search as phrased. Please restrict this search to documents maintained at USPS headquarters offices or referenced in any electronic centralized databases of contracts and reports.
If you have a list of contracts broken down by vendor, I would be happy to provide contract numbers, but I am interested in only contracts with Booz Allen Hamilton and primarily in completed contracts which have delivered a final report.
Please let me know if I can further clarify this request, or if there is a database I can examine to help further specify which contracts I'm interested in.
