MuckRock News

Attn: Mr. Michael Morisy,

My name is Larry Smith; I am the FOIA Point of Contact from the Office of Acquisition Management (HAAM) of the Federal Highway Administration. You requested copies of contracts with Booz, Allen, and Hamilton for the past five years. In addition, you requested copies of any final reports generated and delivered by Booz, Allen, and Hamilton to the Agency over the past five years.

Due to the volume of information that your office requested, it is taking longer than expected for the HAAM to compile the responsive documents.

Would it be possible for you to narrow the scope of your request? For example, if you were willing to settle for 2011 and 2012 contracts and final reports first. If you agree to narrow the scope, we could get that documentation to you within 10 days. All the responsive documents to your initial request would follow later.

Thanks for considering our request!
