Any and all documents, including internal memos and emails, concerning the recent ruling to classify bone marrow as the same category as blood and allowing donors to receive payment for donation.

Specifically, you requested: “Any and all documents, including internal memos and emails, concerning the recent ruling to classify bone marrow as the same category as blood and allowing donors to receive payment for donation.” We received your request on June 26, 2018 and are referring it to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for direct response to you.
