I am a reporter for The Guardian and The Nation. As a reporter whose primary purposes is to scrutinize federal agencies and publish my findings for the benefit of the American public, I request a fee waiver. Any and all records deriving from this request that are found newsworthy will be published for public perusal .

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
