To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Records relating to or mentioning William Franklin Graham Jr. KBE (November 7, 1918 – February 21, 2018), who was an American evangelical Christian evangelist and an ordained Southern Baptist minister who became well known internationally after 1949.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
There are eFOIA files available for you to download.
I am appealing the denial of my media status, which is not dependent upon the requester and the basis for which was spelled out in the original request. Denying me media status for FOIA also violates the agreement reached with DOJ as part of Radar Online LLC et al v. Federal Bureau of Investigation.
