Mr. Horn,

Thank you again for speaking with me just now. Per our conversation, you have set a date range of August 1, 2018, to April 15, 2019, for all elements of this request. Further, you have agreed to provide DOE with search terms to run for any electronic searches.

We look forward to receiving the list of search terms from you so that we can continue moving forward with that portion of your request. If you have any follow-up questions however, please feel free to get in touch again.
Best,
Rachel

Hi Rachel,

Thanks for talking me through the clarifications. To clarify on the time parameters, can we actually do June 1, 2018-date of request? In terms of search terms, let's go with these:

"LNG," "liquefied natural gas," "Puerto Rico," "Jones Act," "Merchant Marine Act," "Integrated Resource Plan," "New Fortress Energy"

Let me know if you need anything else on my end. Thanks again!

Best,
Steve

From: Department of Energy Inspector General

Mr. Horn,

Happy to help. Yes, I can certainly readjust the time frame to June 1, 2018, to April 15, 2019. And thank you very much for providing that list of search terms- we will run these seven search terms in our search, and that information will be very helpful to us.
Best,
Rachel

Hi Rachel,

What exactly is the delay at this point and when will the documents be made available? It's now been about half a year since I filed this request.

Please let me know and thanks.

Best,
Steve

Hi Rachel,

Following up for the umpteenth time on this now. Why is this taking so long and what's the delay? It was a very simple FOIA request.

Please advise and thanks for your time and help. Have a good weekend.
