Records relating to, mentioning, or generated as a result of the criminal investigation of Milton William Cooper (aka Bill Cooper). Cooper was the subject of a tax evasion investigation from 1998 to his death in 2001. Previously released records from the FBI confirm the existence of this investigation and the IRS' participation in it; see https://archive.org/details/BillCooper.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
