All responsive documents mentioning or pertaining to Joseph Robinette Biden III, a.k.a. Beau Biden (February 3, 1969 — May 30, 2015). Proof of death is not required as his death was widely reported in news media in May 2015:
Please conduct a search of the Central Records and Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR) indices, as well as cross-reference documents.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
