This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any and all correspondence between the United States Department of Justice and the digital security companies DtecNet Software ApS (“DtecNet”), Irdeto Silicon Valley (“Irdeto”), and BayTSP regarding the enforcement of the DMCA and the issuance of "take-down notices", as well as any official contracts or agreements between the United States government and the aforementioned security/data collection firms. Also requested is aggregate data about the total number of times any of these companies or their respective employees have testified, or have been called to testify, in civil or criminal court on behalf of any involved party to DMCA-related legal action.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
