Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of FBI files on Barney Hill Jr., a former member of New Hampshire’s NAACP, a former member of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, and the first person, along with his wife Eunice Elizabeth Barrett Hill, to report being abducted from aliens on the night of September 19, 1961. The death of Barney Hill Jr. in 1969 was documented by the New York Times:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
