Hello,
Thank you for the documents that you provided to me related to my FOIA request regarding Alabama and Hurricane Dorian (tracking number DOC-NOAA-2019-002152).
I have a question: in the file "0.7.2809.58651.pdf", which you included as a sub-file under the portfolio file "Dorian_2nd_Interim_partial_redactions_AHrsFDQ.pdf", you used a b(5) exemption to redact a few of the words in the text. In particular, I'm referring to the part of the file that reads as follows: "They discussed the forecast and expected landfall [redacted] the President made the decision to cancel his trip to Poland this weekend..."
Could you explain to me the reason or rationale for the b(5) exemption in this particular case?
Sincerely,
Christopher Tidmarsh
