The request has been rejected, with the agency stating that the information or document(s) requested are exempt from disclosure.
To whom it may concern,
This is an appeal of the FBI denying my request for any and all reports of the shooting incident on April 21, 2014, inside U. S. District Court Judge Tena Campbell’s courtroom in the U. S. District Court Salt Lake City.
My request was denied presently because it potentially impedes with an ongoing investigation. With Angilau's death, I am requesting additional information about what other law enforcement actions remain relevant in the investigation to halt the release of the evidence.
