At-home COVID tests (United States Postal Service)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Data describing how many free at-home COVID-19 tests have been distributed through HHS and USPS, via the website https://www.covid.gov/tests, between the beginning of this program in January 2022 and its close on September 2, 2022. If available, I request test distribution numbers by state, county, and/or ZIP code.

I would prefer this request to be filed in a machine-readable format, such as a spreadsheet or CSV. Please file it electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
