Hello,
After receiving your prior communication I made the decision, based on your advice to "direct all future correspondence related to the document
to [the] appropriate organisation", to email the FOIA sections of Fort Detrick as well as the Dugway Proving Ground. I have recently received a reply from the Fort Detrick FOIA section stating that the documents that were said to be sent to them have not been received. You could please advise as to the status of the transfer of the documents to the relevant agencies?

Thank you in advance,
Eli

Good Afternoon

The documents will be going out in the mail tomorrow morning. I send out the letter to the requester as soon as I complete it so the date of the letter and the mailing of the documents may not be the same day. The letter acts as an update.
Thanks

Mike

Good Morning

For information on your document request you will need to contact the agencies listed at enclosure 2 of our response. Very rare do we get letters back from the owning organizations unless they have granted release of the document to the requester. At that point we would make a change in our system.
Thanks

Mike
