I filed this request previously but we were unable to access the records from the site and we were unable to get in touch with your service center. Please reprocess this request:

- All output text for "Ask Emma" (i.e. all the possible responses in English and Spanish)
- All procurement records, contracts, data sharing agreements, and MOUs related to "Ask Emma"
- All reports, summaries, memos, or analysis about the usage and efficacy of "Ask Emma"
- All policies and procedures for acting on information received through "Ask Emma"
- All data retention policies for "Ask Emma"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
