From: Joshua Eaton
Dear Ms. Charis Wilson,
My apologies for not being more clear in my request. I am seeking the database or spread sheet of arrests by the U.S. Park Police for aggressive panhandling (https://beta.code.dccouncil.us/dc/council/code/titles/22/chapters/23). Specifically, I am seeking data on arrests made in Washington, D.C., from Jan. 1, 2012, to the date your office processes this request, broken down by race, date of arrest, and location of arrest.
Does that help clarify my request?
Thank you for your time and help.
Sincerely,
Joshua Eaton
