Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any investigative records referencing FBI visits (to include FD-302 forms, internal emails and/or memorandums, slideshows, word documents, text files, or excel spreadsheets) involving or referencing geolocation coordinates 38 degrees North and 97 degrees West. This physical location is located near Potwin, Kansas, and has been subject to numerous federal agency visits in the last 10 years. Please limit search material between the years of 2000 and 2015. Please also see the attached article for further details related to this request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
