I am the FOIA Officer for HQ DEVCOM which falls under Army Futures Command (AFC). I received the below request from HQDA as my command, specifically C5ISR, was believed to have records pertaining to your request due to the subject line of the email.

However, C5ISR has no records because they are not the lead on this topic, as information pertaining to your request for records related to the conceptual design for the multi-domain task forces and I2CEWS battalions fall under TRADOC’s purview.
