This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All files on or mentioning Armand D. Pastore (full name Armando Diaz Pershing Foch Pastore), who died in Melbourne, Florida on 3 November 2002. Mr. Pastore formerly resided in the New York Metropolitan area and in Wake County, North Carolina.

Mr. Pastore served in the U.S. Army from January 1940 to 1945. He was initially stationed at Fort Ethan Allen in Vermont and served overseas for three years.

Spelling variants for his first name include Armand, Armond (see accompanying Nexis entry), Armando, Armondo.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
