Mr. Nash,

We are in receipt of the response from the components tasked to gather records. Your request has not come up in queue yet to be processed. We process on a first in first out basis. But, to give you a heads up before you get your formal response; no records were located. We will be recommending that you access the USCIS Library at www.uscis.gov. Sanctuary Movement is listed. We will also be recommending that you contact USICE, DOJ and US Attorney's Offices that were involved with the investigation. During research for records, the listed agencies are possibilities only.
